What data do we collect when you visit our website? 

When you visit our website, our servers temporarily store each access in a log file. The following technical data is collected without your intervention and stored by us until automated deletion, as in principle with every connection to a web server:

The IP address will also be used together with the other data in the event of attacks on the network infrastructure or other unauthorized or abusive use of the website to identify offenders in connection with civil or criminal proceedings. The processing of this data is in our legitimate interest to track your visit to our website and to improve website quality accordingly.

The web hosts of our website are Infomaniak. Personal data collected via the websites may be disclosed to those. The websites are hosted on servers in Switzerland. 

Links and Social Plug-ins 

There may be links embedded on our website to other relevant websites. If you access such links from our website, it may be that data is disclosed to the owner of this website that you are accessing. Please also note that we have no control over the privacy policies, contents or security safeguards of the providers of these websites, and, as such, assume no responsibility for actions regarding these third parties or the privacy policies on their websites. In addition, we may also use social plug-ins, such as LinkedIn. We offer you the possibility to directly share content or connect with any PEak employee by clicking on the respective button on the website with LinkedIn. We cannot influence what data these platforms process. Therefore, we recommend that you individually check their respective privacy policies before accessing these social media platforms. 

Locations of Processing and Data Transfer 

Your personal data may be processed in various locations, including but not limited to:

• Switzerland;
• EEA;
• USA.

We operate internationally, as a consequence, cross-border transfers are necessary to provide you the Services. Nevertheless, we seek to protect your personal data, by applying security processes. By accepting entering our website and therefor accepting this privacy policy, you are aware and consent to the transfer of your personal data.
